Your service was great, and your technician did call me an hour before he came to my house. But, when given the appointment, I was told I had no choice but to accept a 10:00 to 4:00 "window" for service. That's all day! I had to block off, and commit an entire day just for your 15 minute service call. That's totally unreasonable. A two or three hour window should be sufficient to allow you to meet your appointment goals. I suspect your only doing this to customers because we're locked in to your service under our warrantee contracts, and that if you had any competition, things would be different.
