My constructive feedback is that I think overall communication could be improved. I'm thinking my job was unique, didn't bring in a lot of revenue, and maybe was hard to schedule. But, it seemed that I always had to send emails asking what was going on rather then getting emails telling me what was going on. Other than that, the price was right for what we wanted shipped, and once we got a date for pickup, the shipment went smoothly and quickly.
